Yes it would lol. Would you transfer upgrades already bought or would it be a completely new feature? How would the shards balance with the upgrades? I don't think it would be good to have the same shards for the new upgrades because it wouldn't necessarily correlate with the same advantage as that of a set upgrade.

It would be nice to have:
-lvl 1 - +25% max units. You could place 25 units instead of 20. Price would be 800 shards or 40 warcoins.
-lvl 2 - +50% max units. You could place 30 units instead of 20. Price would be 1600 shards or 80 warcoins.
-lvl 3 - +75% max units, +10% spawn bonus. You could place 35 units instead of 20 and you would get 1 bonus army for every 10 connected terrytories. Price would be 3200 shards or 160 warcoins.
-lvl 4 - +100% max units, +20% spawn bonus. You could place 40 units instead of 20 and you would get 2 bonus army for every 10 connected terrytories. Price would be 6400 shards or 320 warcoins.

You could buy only in row. Frist lvl 1, then lvl 2, then lvl 3 and for end lvl 4.
People who already have bought lvl 1 or lvl 2 will have ''new'' lvl 1 and lvl 2.

(Played/Win) Ratio = 2.10 (2.00)*
Regions (Conquered/Lost) = 10605/7287 W/S
(Conquer/Lost) Ratio = 1.46 (1.50)*

Thats not exactly what Lopdo meant by N%. Its rather like that from what I understand:

No upgrades: 25% of all regions on map
1st up: +10% (35% of ALL REGIONS on map)
2nd up: +10% (45% of ALL REGIONS on map)

Those are just fake example values. Upgrades would increase N% of current X% that you already have. Max units would depend on map size.

this makes no sense.
what Joriom said is better.

@Lopdo If you change the upgrades you should refund everyones shards/coins who has them and then let them choose to buy the new version.

From what I'm aware of there is no way of determining if someone spent warcoins or shards for his purchases. That makes it impossible to refund people i suppose.
