So far I haven't seen too much valuable info to new players here. So I will add one: we are likely to give you a LOT offtopic responses so be patient and clear while discussing. It is also likely your problem is already discussed so search around before creating a new topic. Check the stickied threads on top.
Also, be active and check often and be prepared to topics with usually 15 to 300 pages.
