The Vortex Wars Council is now open!

The following have been granted automatic membership:

Active Clan Leaders
Active Forum Moderators
Active Game/Forum Admin(s)

Clans are 100% autonomous for all matters related to their own clans.

The Vortex Wars Council is a "Leader's Lounge" area where the following may be discussed:

+ Issues that may relate to all clans
+ Providing a "face" for the clans as a whole to the rest of the community
+ A place to discuss potential clan wars and battles
+ A forum to agree on terms before wars and battles begin - putting everyone on notice that terms are agreed to by the clans
+ A place for disputes to be presented and heard by the combined clan community
+ Rules established that are for the benefit of the combined clan community (but never in a way that restricts the 100% freedom of a clan to decide how they operate)
+ A place to post and reference clan successes (links to clan wars, achievements, bragging rights, etc.)
+ A place where moderators weigh in on clan issues as it relates to the forum
+ Any other matter/issue that may be agreed upon by the Council
