Ok. Here's instructions, read them carefully I will not repeat myself.
Step 1. Open a new tab or window.
Step 2. Go to Google images.
Step 3. Search an image you would like.
Step 4. Click search tools.
Step 5. Click size.
Step 6. Click exactly.
Step 7. Type in 150 in each line.
Step 8. Press Go.
Step 9. Look at your screen and find a picture you like.
Step 10. RIGHT click the picture.
Step 11. Click copy image url.
Step 12. Go on the forums.
Step 13. Click user control panel.
Step 14. Click profile.
Step 15. Click edit avatar.
Step 16. Paste the url into the Link off-site box.
Step 17. Specify the dimensions as 150 by 150.
Step 18. Click Submit.
Occasionally some pictures will not work. If this happens pick a new picture and follow the steps again.

The pictures that don't work usually have a too long link.
