Or perhaps I'm just a boring idiot.

And now, we begin the first action on the first step to successfully implanting the opinions of your thread into the rest of the forum: the addressing of other people's posts on threads that may or may not be competition.

So first off, I have to simply tell you that you are wrong. While one could argue that my use of a colorful and unique font is a pure attention grab, I have to say that it is much more than that. It is my way of communicating my opinions to you in a way that emphasizes them. Because the words are in a bright, yet emotionally neutral color, the reader's brain automatically adds the emotion to the words to fit the topic. Funny becomes funnier, angry becomes angrier, and serious becomes serious(er?).

Alright, that is a bit of an attention grab, but it is much, much more than that. It is to attention grabs what Bill Gates is to the wealthy, and what Autumnwolf is to paranoid people (See? More criticism of competition). In a way, the blue is my clever way of being a jerk, and you can't take it! Muhahahaha!

But enough of that... too self depreciating, and honestly false. I'm really not a jerk like that, the blue is more like a gentle expression of character, but should never the less remain my own. Use pink or something, and if you're Lancestar2, go ahead and use white. Seriously though, who would think I'd be that arrogant? I'm not arrogant, I'm like the king of modesty.

Plenty of things matter if they're not written in some weird font. Otherwise people would only care about me. Nobody else uses alternative fonts in a daily basis and they do just fine. Actually, and this isn't just modesty, most people here are a hell of a lot more interesting than I am, I just look as good as them because I speak differently (the font, I'm not Stephen Hawking or something). Maybe there's something to be said for that too, that I would rely on something as exaggerated as the color blue to make myself happy, but that's for a different day.
I honestly don't remember why I decided to type everything in blue.

Not to mention the adverse effect on my eyes of reading oddly colored font.

Think of it as a mental exercise.

Explain why some people must always fine the worst in others.

The others are douchebags?
Xerxes:Let us reason. It would be a waste. It would be madness for you and your troops to perish because of a misunderstanding. There is much our cultures could share.
Leonidas:Haven't you noticed? We've been sharing our culture with you all morning.

As a pure answer, people want to find the worst in others because they want to see the best in themselves. It's our way of believing and hoping that we are, in fact, the good guys, and if we can exploit people's mistakes, we look and feel better.

If you are introduced to thinking at a younger age, you are four times more likely to become a compulsive thinker later in life. All to often, young people give into societal pressure and are convinced to think at parties, with friends or even family members. Before you know it, thinking could take over your life.

Remember, thinking and driving is the number one cause of death for people your age. Think responsibly.
