login problems

I often have hung log ins with an error saying something about API and demanding I check my internet connection. Well, I can assure you I've got one of those. Also, during clicking between menus, or leaving a game, it hangs on connectiong for ages. The only way to resolve this is to refresh the screen. I use multiple browser windows and vortex is the only one that hangs.

this will have to do for now, I don't know why it sometimes hang so I can't fix it

This is what I see nearly every time I try to log in....
