First, I don't need a situation like with WC and Soldiers where there are so many new people it makes them look kind of less experienced, to put it lightly.

2 of our new recruits are higher than level 20. 1 of them is higher than level 15, and 1 is higher than 10. 2 have been in previous well known clans. We are very much so experienced, and I hope this helps all to see just that.

It isn't about the experience of the players, I'm saying having all of the new members to your Clan makes you look like one of the Clans that's just starting out (as a Clan though, not in the game)
