Yeah that's another thing. I feel that the addition of ranks makes it really hard for new members to get respect in the clan (other than whatever is necessary)

Technically speaking, I do have a list of rank, but I really don't like it much, so it would have to be reconsidered. There would also be some weird ranks... let's leave it at that.

It wasn't hard for me at all when I first joined the Bear Clan. I shot up the ranks. I became leader within...a month? If new members really want respect they can get it.
