Several Questions:

Q1: Are you blocking anyone? (Like Wolves?)
Q2: Is this a group that is effectively ruled over by one Clan or person?
Q3: Do we have to abide by whatever rules you give us? Because the only way I can see someone giving over their Clan after a battle is by persuasion, not rules.
Q4: What is the purpose of getting together like this? Is it an information center or a overall rule between the Clans?

Yeah, actually, I'm just generally confused... Not that I don't like the idea... Not sure what country I'd choose here if I did join. Maybe New Zealand for CGB? Or Romania...

You have to abide by these rules. That's the point of leagues in the first place. The league recognizes as the ruler of a clan what the league rules say it should be, so it doesn't matter what they say. Within the bounds of the league, they have lost control of their clan.

The purpose is to promote clan wars.

I am not planning to block anyone, but may if there is ever good reason.

It is ruled over by me, but not by any clan. I simply manage the rules.

Also, does it count that I've technically conquered many Clans?

Lopdo's Worshippers (Calleharnemark), PinkNation (Tonyy4, though he left), and taking a few members that came in from other Clans (CGB for the most part, Necrocat219 from the Renegades)

No-one conquered The Renegade's , Necrocat219 left on there own free-will , also he\she was neither clan chief or war-captain.The Renegade's may join , i'll consider it.

It isn't conquering if they just join you, that'd be vassalage, but I guess I could count that.

Now I need to get the Rebbels, the Rat Clan, the Venom Cobras, Heaven and Hell, and the Guild of Guardians on here… although I'll only count it if the clan had at least 3 members at one point. Taking members from other clans doesn't count though.
