you cant have a system where if you go first once then next game you have to go last (or similar) it will only encourage people to quit every other game to ensure they get their FTA

better to doc XP from quitters, and reward stayers with XP boost if they get given a late starting place

We didn't say in the next game, we said in the next round. There is a MAJOR difference.

For example: when everyone has had their first turn, that is the end of the first round

Exactly. A round is every time everyone gets through one turn.
