This is what happened in game 2 which I believe was the redo. Everyone had about 8 spots and only I and Guest77 were touching. Biz's whole PC crashed and I told them what happened before he left the game. (I'm pretty sure if you shut down the browser, then the player is kicked immediately, but if the PC shuts down it takes a little bit of time for the server to recognize this and thus you have the delayed surrender/DC/exit) There was a redo there because nobody knows what could have happened if Biz hadn't crashed.

Now, both Guest77 & Jeremiah must have misunderstood what I told them before the matches. We agreed that if everyone was around even in territories and a DC occurred, then there would be a redo. After that, I told them that if Biz was winning the game and the rest of us had like 3 spots left, then there would be no redo because Biz had the game and no one else could realistically have won. They both said ok. (Actually I think Jeremiah may have said "Sounds good" or something like that but that's not relevant)

In the game that won the series for us, Guest77 was literally dead. When he DCed, he was 3 spots big and two of them were 1s, while the last one was a 4; they were also all bordered. He didn't live to see his next turn. If what they're saying about a DC is true (which is to say that when you DC, you are kicked nearly immediately) Then he didn't DC until after Biz had killed him. The last time I remember Guest77 saying anything in the game chat was just after he passed and got the 4 with only three territories. Biz killed him immediately after.

By the way, I said that you won Gotcha on something just as 50:50 as this. But I also said that I would not hurt Weed's chances in this tournament just to have revenge on you. Which is true. My idea of revenge is to get that person back on same thing that he got you on in the first place. Which means I'd eliminate you in the next Gotcha if you joined. You were happy to take the win there on an iffy play, but here you don't believe that Biz actually DCed and that we are cheating by not allowing a redo of a game in which you were in a theoretical sense dead! You're not being consistent in how you act. Take the win with happiness, take the loss with humbleness. That's the way I try to go about it.

And I've decided not to ban you or Jeremiah from future tournaments.

Guest77 wrote:We were doing well in the second match (of 3, after winning the first), when Biz DC'ed (he would've been dead in the next two turns, likely due to Jeremiah being able to cut him on his next turn and Himelik being kept busy with myself - and losing an 8v8 against Jeremiah); well before he actually DC'ed, Himelik has told us he did (suspicious).

Two different stories, and it may confuse alot of people but I was spectating so this my opinion on the matter. Although I have to lean towards Himelik's side for accuracy. Now that I re-read Guest77's version, it has holes in it and it was also a cheap move to change it up a bit Guest77. BUT. But in the end I still believe that the Givins' would have lost that game. Your version is very accurate Himelik, but you left one detail: Jeremiah could have touched 2 of Bizness's borders and hence would've put Bizness in a huge disadvantage in his next turn, which was before the latter's. And it would've been nigh-on impossible for you to win solo.

Edit: Also I believe Bizness realized this and I remember him complaining about it not too long prior to his disconnect.
I have nothing to say.
