Chris... RegClean Pro is a virus that imitates a computer software scanner to make you believe that there are a ton of problems so that you download it and it infects your computer. It isn't a real service, the company that runs it is illegitimate, and assuming you've downloaded whatever the hell it told you to download, your computer is now actually infected. It's the oldest trick in the book.
As far as I can tell, you've already downloaded the virus wave, so what it's going to do now is install things to f*ck up your computer to try to force you to give it your info and download the 'full-version', which probably won't even solve the problem. The trouble with the virus wave, in this case, is that the typical procedures real programs come with for removal are stripped by the nature of the software (obviously, because it's malware).
If it were me, I use MalwareBytes to scan and kill, but I have the full version, so it depends on how much you're willing to spend and how far this thing has gotten into your computer. Really though, any legitimate anti-malware program will work. If you're having trouble getting a program to actually work, you may want to find someone else to help you out (once again, you'll have to describe to me how far this has gotten).
In the meantime though, you should go to the User Control Panel (Ctrl-Alt-Delete) and look through the Task Manager to figure out what it has running in the background, and terminate anything that the fake program is doing. Once you do that, you should be able to go through your computer and, hopefully, uninstall most of the forward stuff. It may take a little while, but if you have a good computer, you can typically find these things and deal with them, especially if you have a good security program as well. No guarantees it will work, there will likely be problems left, but from looking it up this is more the "screwing around for easy money" type of virus then the true evil you could have.
