1. Two things about the logo:
a. The lifted Skyward Sword logo gives me cause for plagiaristic concerns.
b. I think, as Beatlesfan stated, that one VWC would look better.

I just don't think Nintendo would care about a twenty-person clan on a tiny flash game forum, especially if the only thing said clan is using is a modified version of a symbol from one of their games.

Me: Can we use the flag shown in the attachment on our forum to represent our clan?

Nintendo Copyright Attorney (NCA): Do you have over 50 members?

Me: No.

NCA: Are you selling a product?

Me: No.

NCA: Does the logo depict Nintendo in any negative way?

Me: No

NCA: Stop wasting my time.
