Additionally, I finally got around to redoing the official Timeline. It now gives a better picture of events than we had previously. I will be continuing to work on the coloring and other style decisions so that it is easier to use soon and maybe so that the people who are actually here stand out a bit above the bright blue of inactivity. If you have any events that you would like me to add to the timeline, just give me what happened and the date(s) and I'll consider it.

Don't worry about the high concentration of the eventually inactive players, it's better than most clans.

Define and redefine the rules for obtaining and keeping the highest ranks as well as the rest of the Hunting Party. Try to add more official jobs as well, though I still like that idea that people should just contribute if possible without having to be assigned something at all times. Maybe go something a little bit closer to what the Warrior's Creed has.

But what's really been keeping me back from doing anything like that is that the more jobs and "titles" I make official, the more people bother me about ranks. And the more that people get offended over ranks. More resentment, less work, more stress, less fun. Now I sound angry. I'm not. I allot all my negative emotions to the "ScapeWolf".

How many people are going to sign up to be co-ScapeWolf now?

Here's what I think for the top titles. Everything besides the first two is uncertain:

Alpha: Reelections of leaders are always tough. How many clans have successfully swapped leadership without negative side effects? This will be passed on only by necessity due to inactivity or due to heavy member complaint.
Co-Alpha: Will be elected by vote count after a certain period of time, probably around two months.
WarWolf: Will be elected by popular vote from the top fighters of the clan or by the combined vote of leaders whenever necessary
FangWolf: Will be elected by popular vote from the top forum contributors of the clan or by the unbiased opinion of Alpha whenever necessary
HowlWolf: I'm honestly not sure what this is now, but it's supposed to be the councilor/peace keeper, I'll work on it
(insert name for what Guinea does): Will be filled by the best Guinea-doer.
ScapeWolf: Takes the blame for everything
Hunting Party: Like the second in command for each of these jobs
