What's more powerful: magic, or the Force?
I always read read as read first before I read read as read instead.

It doesn't seem like people like debating on here. Which is odd, because they debate everywhere else.

Magic is actually just a very specific method of directing the force that often uses wands as a sort of catalyst; it is more restrictive but it is also easier to produce more powerful results. At high levels of ability, however, the force is more versatile and can be used with greater power.

Yep, I'm just waiting for people to answer the official debate question so I can make the poll for it.

That's because we argue everywhere else, we don't politely debate :)

That's like saying Gandolf is Dumbledore. Sure, they're both wizards, but they have very distinct personalities and settings.

Gandalf is a type of Maia known as Istari, Wizard is just an approximate translation of it.

However, the fact that they appear distinct does not change anything. Although wizards are unaware of the fact that they are actually using the force, it is indeed what they are using. It is well-known that the force comes in a vast amount of different forms- in what way is it unreasonable that "magic" is one of them?
