Joriom, can you work out a lobby vote-kick? For obvious reasons of course

Suggestions:
- to get each turn to start with a different player (will make the game "fairer")
- to have reinforcements occur at the same time for all players (at the end of the round)

Sadly that would require server-side changes and I'm only working on Client (user end application).
