There are online editors like pixl editor, just make it 150x150 by cropping and shrinking.

That's how I'd do it. But then again, is the Creed even a democracy? I haven't payed much attention to you.

After 4 months, I held a council vote on the 4 month elections, it passed. I held a vote to stay in office, I did. 3 months later, just before I can post about it again, Rat and jwl want a new leader anyway.

After the end of 2 weeks VM will get his Job Back, and spend his last 2 months in office..

I changed ruling so that you can only hold office for 2 terms before you must take a break for 1 term...

I was in office for nearly 8 months.

Drone, we had no vote on changing any of this, by the way, and frankly I am sick of it. I joined WC for 3 reasons. 1.) We were allies. 2.) You offered a high rank. 3.) DEMOCRACY.

If you are intent on still giving me 2 more months, then I am ok with that, but not without a vote. Also, I believe that there is no point in this anyway, and that if you are going to take charge, that you should be leader. Chess hasn't done anything yet because everyone has done everything for him. I will only take leadership under 3 circumstances. 1.) I am voted back in. 2.) It is before the end of the month. 3.) If Chess or you have not shown considerable leadership, and are not participating in clan affairs.

Drone, I can no longer handle you the way you are. You came back and you did your job as diplomat. You then proceeded to partially take over our wars. I allowed this because I had no problem with it, except for the part where you didn't ask about anything. You then took over my clan, and told me what I was to do. Frankly, I do not care that you started WC, I care that I was rightful leader. We voted on it. People left because they didn't like the outcome. It's bound to happen sometimes. There was no need to step in and take charge of something that you no longer owned. You are our Founder, and I thank you for creating this once beautiful clan, but I do not appreciate your recent actions, because I find them utterly uncalled for, and without right.

Another thing, I will only STAY with the Creed if it stays a democracy. If this happens again, I am leaving.

Yes, I am taking a stand, don't make a fuss about it if it doesn't involve you.

... I don't feel like reading all of this... so I wont. Well, what is this with election stuff? I thought wolf was gonna be our leader forever, unless he chose to leave. Plus, if we change leaders every 4 months, everything will be confusing, IMO.
