The recruiting mission has come to an end. We have had 3 members recruit 5 or more members. Therefore I would like to promote JeremiahPedoBear and >(FM)< from Elite to High Creed.

Jwl, you have passed down a position in the council before. I am offering you a position yet again. Do you accept this promotion? Or do you deny it, and remain High Creed with the J-Team?

A position in the Council is not needed, and most likely never will be "needed," unless everyone leaves.

I respect your decision to reject this promotion, jwl.

Just putting this out there: I know that there are more who deserve a promotion. They will get it soon. Others may or may not deserve it, but if they think they deserve it, they can always ask.
