You can't see the clan area of the forums unless you're given permissions, so it certainly isn't "open".

And jwl, if you go there as a guest, look at it, sign up, look at it, get added as the appropriate rank, and look at it, you will be amazed how "secretive" it really is. I was a Council Leader for over half a year and I still did not get to see all of it. My point is that Rat already said this, but I wanted to explain it out, and make everyone be scared of our pyramid scheme... Wait... I didn't mean to say that.
