Theme Song.

Before video: I was considering "Raised by Wolves" or "Dogs of War", for one. Maybe others.

After video: Yup, that's our song.

I need three teams of two for Game of Thrones. First come first serve. Go!

The team names can be chosen once we get in pairs, I just went with an easy theme.

Team Wolf: Autumnwolf17 and ???
Team Coyote: ??? and ???
Team Fox: ??? and ???

I may end up going for Coyote...

EDIT: Chris already said he wanted to be part of this, so he has a reserved spot.

As I have already told a few Wolves, we are currently considering the removal of Gafanhoto from the WolfPack. He was originally accepted for his relation to another member, but it was then brought to my attention that he had been seen cheating (the full details of involvement to be kept confidential for the moment) and had a overly high win rate as more than good confirmation. As the matter has been brought up in the Report Users section, I have decided to simply make the issue public now (I was planning to it anyway, I haven't know for long). I feel that the proof posted by Highlander along with the testimony of other respectable users is plenty for grounds for his removal as the cheating behavior he has shown is inconsistent with the conduct we have come to expect from the members of our Pack. Thus, as is the rule, Gafanhoto will be given three days from this point to issue his response to this accusation after which he will be removed from the clan, assuming a convincing argument is not provided. Gafanhoto, until the issue is resolved, is prohibited from all events in which he would represent the Pack.

Summary: Sufficient evidence has been presented to require that I remove Gafanhoto from the clan. I will do so in three days provided he doesn't respond in a way that resolves it.

Due to the notably high number of complaints I have been getting about the 'luck' of Ryankill and Luckyoneab and the collection of visual evidence needed to make the subject of the accusations plausible, Pack Protocol and common sense say that we are to remove ourselves from all personal interactions with the Soldiers (as the only ones who really ever fight for them are Ryan and Lucky) until the problem is resolved. This includes only battles directly between the WolfPack and the Soldiers in which the players of the clan represent their clan, but does not apply to any events that concern multiple clans besides our own, as we neither have nor claim to have control over the decisions of any clans but our own. Thus, personal clan wars between our clans are postponed until further notice, but we still intend to participate in events such as World Domination and Game of Thrones without change. All credit for past battles will remain unchanged. The statements here not intended to represent the personal feelings of any one member, including that member's feelings towards the Soldiers or that member's feelings either way in the matter of whether the accusations are valid or not. The intent of this decision is not in any way to create bad feelings between the clans, though it is understood if such feelings result anyway.

I feel this decision is necessary for us. There is a point where enough people bring up a possibility that it becomes something that must be carefully considered. The battles between us feature enough possible evidence to make it difficult to simply dismiss. The 'luck' in question refers to the very high ratio of wins with equal rolls and the unpredictably high number of wins when the Soldiers are at a disadvantage in army size between regions, both offensively and defensively, though to a lesser degree on the latter. It is made more believable as it is most notable at the turning point of a battle, or at a roll that could make the difference, whereas in other situations it is not apparent and they have rolls similar to that of everyone else.

Summary: The WolfPack temporarily withdraws from all clan battles involving the Soldiers and the WolfPack, excepting those that involve other clans as well, due to the possibility of cheating.

Wolf if it's still open I'd like the wolves spot for GoT. Though I may change later if possible.
Edit: Fox but in specific Infected or Fang if they play.

You're more than welcome to join in. :)

Is there anyone you'd like to be with for the specific teams (because we're in pairs), or would you like to wait on that? So far three spots are taken and there are three left.

Correction: Chris has asked to be with me already and I accept. Fox or Coyote? :)

I would also like to clarify my reasoning behind the decision about the Soldiers, hopefully to answer some questions I figure our coming and to ease up the tension a bit. At the point I was at, there were enough people in the WolfPack complaining about it that I was unable to ignore it. After considering the situation, I came to the conclusion that the argument could, at the very least, be supported both ways. Both of them are, of course, high status, respectable members of the community, and it's hard to imagine them actively cheating to win clan matches, especially given the lack of actual risk with losing. However, if later we found out that they have actually been cheating, then it would also be quite easy to reflect on these games and see that it really has been hacking all along.

And that's the trouble. They are obviously very good players and even better as a team. But there's also a very clear factor of luck in Vortex Wars, and the skill of a player has nothing to do with the random rolls. From observing their games, it happens far too often for questions not to be raised. I guess in the end, putting a hold on things is good no matter what the result turns out to be. If they're cheating, it's a good thing we stopped, because we don't fall victim to it anymore. And if they aren't, this gives us a chance to step back a little and give everyone a chance to cool down and resolve things.
