Lately, I've been working on my picture editing ability, trying to see if I can get better and learning new things. Today I decided to make myself a new avatar as a test, so I went out and found a picture I liked to work with. A little over an hour later, I finally have this:

So this one is the picture I used off the internet:

And this is what I came up with for my avatar (Ignore the green shadow, I fixed it in later versions):

Actually, I still had to shrink the picture down a bit so the forums would take it, but you get the idea. I just figured I'd post this so I could get some input on what I could do to make it look better, if you have any suggestions.

Also, I'm perfectly aware that I am not a pro, you don't need to point out all the mistakes or question how long it took.

I'll also get rid of that green shadow, it looks weird.
