Need help forum trolls. FAQ creation.

Hi fellow VW forum pros. Lopdo has asked if I could compile a VW FAQ here, and post it as a sticky. I will start on this soon, but in the mean time, if you see a question that is repeatedly asked, could you post it here... and if a solid answer is provided, add that as well to the post. I will use it to help compile and post an official sticky VW FAQ. I appreciate the assistance if you can provide it.

Just posting "There isn't gonna be a team feature" should cover pretty much everything.

What do you do with shards?

What's the point of shards?
What can you do with shards?
Don't really expect a FAQ page to stop people from asking this stuff, if they spent even a minute trying to figure it out, they wouldn't be here asking.
