15xp a game makes drawers less likely to want to do it, and require at least 3 turns. That would definitely solve this problem.

I once had a truly drawn game with 4 players, it was like 3 v 1 and i had a really stretched land with just 1 entrance. So it is possible to draw with 4 players. There should be no player cap but a time cap, like 10 turns. No one will play these games anymore.

I agree with balderr, stalemates with more than two players may happen, I feel like the 2 players cap which has been introduced in 1.2 is way too restrictive, a time cap sounds better to me.
Also, I think that the draw button should be present but shadowed, and a message like "draw is not possible before turn n" (or whatever) should appear if you place your mouse over it, so that people know about draw.

I just realized, a Draw gives everyone Performance XP equal to the HIGHEST level.

If you made it equal to the LOWEST level, you could put draw back to how it was, and everything's fixed, as an 8 man draw game now gives everyone 0 XP!

And the down side, if you can call it that, is that the more people who are in a draw, the less XP they all get.

I like the turn based draw system too. I too, have had games that were truly drawn and no one could get anywhere. It was not fair for the people who decided to surrender just so that we could move onto other games.

I also like having the countdown for the draws. It would completely end the games where people just join to draw and get some exp.

Also, thanks for making Vortex Wars Lopdo, it's really been a lot of fun and I hope to continue playing it in the future.

I too agree, while it is better now than having the draw games, that it is also a bummer that draws three or four ways cannot happen here and there where needed... especially on the XXL maps.

I'd personally suggest that if a certain proportion of territories are 8's, (say 80%) then the draw button should be enabled. I ended up in a three-way draw earlier today that ended up in a battle of stubbornness.

A small 8 player map. People could draw in two turns.
