new option : balance color

It is not a secret that start earlier in this game is a great advantage.

I've been thinking about a system that can solve this problem, and although not a perfect solution, perhaps helps minimize the problem.

I had many ideas on the subject, and I think that more is best, considering that the game served with full or empty, and I do not think it is too difficult to schedule is as follows:

A new option to create a game: color balance enabled or disabled

If activated: each player will receive a penalty in the spawning many turns as players have the below.

This penalty consists of: -10% reinforcement each turn (Rounded up) , unless the number of reinforcements is exactly 1.

I would love that this proposal came to the eyes of game programmers.

I edited the penalty, thinking it was not enough in a game with full map.
