Stand alone client that could be added to free games section on steam, the game would become 10 times more popular.

When setting up games the option to have open chat, so spectators (excluding guests) can chat to players in game.

This is my current plans for VW3.0.

Very likely:
- Clans
- Tournaments
- Mobile Apps
- Improved ranking system
- New races
- Many user interface improvements
- Mod tools

Possibly Included
- Rejoin game after disconnected or closing the web page
- Improve how the game handles lag
- Chatting with spectators
- Improved premium
- Improved leader board

Unlikely (probably moved to 3.1 or later):
- AI
- New game modes

These plans could change. I am still open to ideas.

I am starting work on VW3 this week! My first project is improving user maps.

My list includes:
- Re-add the map editor
- Move user created maps out of Player.io
- Increase the size of the map preview
- Record plays for each map
- Record trending maps
- New map picker
- Add random user map
- Only allow rating the map after playing a game on it.

I plan to only spend 2 weeks on user maps, so I won't get everything done.

I suppose that is fine; as long as the user maps function is stable any plans that you might not get to can be added later. Personally however, user maps aren't my favorite feature of the game (not that I dislike them), so the sooner it is done, the sooner we can see the more exciting updates.
