Shards and XP

I think a great idea would be to award shards and XP for games in which you disconnect. My Adobe Flash crashed my browser at the end of a game that I was about to draw in, and I lost 72 rating but didn't get any shards or XP which was kinda lame since I only needed 8 shards to buy the 3rd upgrade.

I think we should get double shards for premium accounts get way too little shards for winning a game
