Bonus regions

Now regions will have new ability's(if this mode is on) such as Attack,Defense,+1 army(cant be taken until round 1 has ended),2x race bonus,and teleport (takes half army away).
but theres cons (if this mode is on) suchs as Weakness,Destroy,-1 army(cannot be taken until round 1 has ended),2x less race bonus,and Dice
STATS
Pros:
Attack 5% attack
Defense 5% defense
+1 army adds an additional army when distributing units
x2 Race bonus makes your race get 2x more power
Teleport makes half of your army go to another teleport region
Cons:
Weakness -5% attack
Destroy -5% defense
-1 army makes your army -1 unit when traveled
x2 less race bonus makes your race get 2x less power
Dice a surrendered region with out a race and has a random army storage

only at least 1/4 regions will have ability's

Obviously, since the request is random. It would take way too long time to add permanent regions with our map database. And since you can't edit submitted maps it would have to be random. Besides it would be more fun if they were random.
