Would it be possible to indicate the host in-game with a highlight around their name or something of the like?

Well the purpose is so that when I and other game mods see game names that are inappropriate that we can see who the maker of the game name is and take care of it.

Just yesterday I found a game name in the lobby that was already in play, but I had no idea who made it. This would solve that problem.

So if it is displayed somehow in-game and in game lobby then I won't have that problem anymore

If game has started but a little H next to hosts name.

A good idea as its random selection for who goes first,this way he can't hide in the crowd.I would have picked # as a marker for the game host though.
