but i think they shouldent recive any shards for Secondly but change their lvl icon
now when we surrender and have 2 xp we just lose that 2 and this should be same for this

Actually, you can't lose a level in the current game. You can surrender with no consequences right after you level up.

but there is achievements for luck like fateweaver win 10 attack rolls in a row reward 5000 xp and 1000 shards I think

I meant that we implement what the OP has given an example of, losing 10 rolls in a row, but instead of deducting experience and shards from you it adds it on, like all the other achievements.
