[FORUM] Posts Per Day Limit

I think there needs to be a limit to the number of posts you can make in a day, or places where it doesn't count.

I'd say that within the "Vortex Wars" and "Clans" forums you have a limit of 20 posts per day, and in the "Off-Topic" section it doesn't count to your overall number of posts, because I know you can do that. They do it on the one Rat doesn't like me to mention.

I had to post a ton for input while editing the front page and adding Mattie, plus helping people onto the website.
