The cat breeding program is a very successful idea developed by the evil medical Octupi himself, mass producing cats, a brilliant plan! Except that cats are solitary animals...

Bonus: +15% Spawn bonus, -15% Atk Bonus, and the bonuses slowly swap places as you approach owning 50% of the map

e.g. owning 25% of the map will mean you have no race bonuses, and owning 37.5% will grant +7.5% atk and -7.5% spawn

Don't worry, it would just be a mettalic cat, metallic whispers and a ''+'' sign on a nurse-like hat but a very basic one ontop, I think it would be snazzy!
