It would be like hardcore, but if defender wins, defender will get the attacking territory. So you need to think closely how ou shall attack.

Might be a good idea but I see a major flaw in it

when everyone has 8's

You attack 1 territorry hoping to lose, when it's done, you attack the lost territory. Since the attacker just moved, he only has a 7 on that territory ans then the one behind has a 1... to easy....
