I think that when we are spectating a game we should be able to talk with the players playing the games and the spectators.... whynot allow it?

i know i know, what if some people come to just spam the chat box.

Well there should be an option to kick out the spectators like the actual players can cast a vote if they want the to leave if majority then he/she is kicked

Letting spectators chat might be interesting. Since you can watch, why not chat too ?

The spamming / trolling problem is obvious, but instead of an arguable kicking system , I would just advise a simple additional mute checkbox for spectators (all together) : as a player, you either allow spectators' comments to be visible in your own chat, or you disable them all (as is the case currently)...

I think a mute spectators checkbox would be much better than a convoluted vote to kick process.

I've always wanted this; it would make spectating a bit more meaningful. And yes, the personal mute spectators button is a better idea than the vote system.

I disagree completely. Not because it isn't a good idea, but because I practice my comedy skills by getting on as a specatator to random games and posting rude comments that no one can hear. And they can get really rude. (I'm not kidding at all, I do it for fun because sometimes I need to.) It makes me laugh a bit when no one knows I'm watching them and insulting them. (And once again, I'm reading my own words in a creepy voice... Does anyone else read my words in a creepy voice?)

wolfy lol you! i really wanna be able to talk to the players so i can help guide newer players for strategies cuz sometimes they don't know how to play
