You should get rid of the -30 experience for 'surrendering' because sometimes people have to quit or the webpage stops working and it still takes off 30 experience as if you surrendered.

30 exp is not really so much and this penalty works only for two first turns. If it happens to you once or twice you'll not loose much exp but it still discourages players from leaving right after game starts at regular basis.

if you buy a premium account (1 week) you can easily make up the 30exp

I say, it should stay. It prevents leavers from leaving to quickly and what are the odds that you are going to disconnect within the first three turns? The thing that I really want is to get the exp you earned throughout the game when you disconnect. Q_Q
