If you had a zero should that make an occasion where a 1 can attack and have 100 % chance to win. Nowadays i think the only reason 1s cant attack is cuz they are the smallest. Cuz zeros actually exists those are called blank spots. Excuse me if i got it wrong.

That isn't correct. You can only attack with 2's and above, since you need to leave 1 behind. A neutral 0 would also be different than an empty tile in two important ways. They'd not be pickable as starting locations, and they would count as higher priority than empty tiles in the borders setting, which is a huge deal. Touching a neutral 0 could win you the game. Or lose it, if you do it wrong.

I think the amount of depth neutral spots add to the game would be worth considering.
