or a simple "if you kick someone once, they can't come back to that specific game".
It could help with this scenario:
You wanna have a 1v1 with a friend. *USER X* logs in your game. You kick *USER X*. *USER X* realises you're trying to play a private game, so he joins your game as fast as he can, to prevent your friend from joining the game. This was not so bad when the character had to reclick on "play online", then on your game, but now, since they're sent directly to the lobby, they can come on average 2 seconds after being kicked from the game. It's ridiculous.
