A extra 1 for the last 3 players

Hi was thinking that orange teal and brown to get a 3 instead of a 2 on there first place.

Nice idea but those players would then be able to start right next to any of the other players and kill them too easily. If the minimum starting distance comes into the game your idea could work.

This has been discussed in other topics and tried for a short time.

Likewise, not true about starting next to someone to kill them easily. Remember, the opponents before hand go first, so they have an "end turn" man replenishment before the player with higher start number goes first.
IE: Red starts with 2, orange starts with 3. Red goes first and moves man, Red now has total of 4 men, orange still only has 3.
