How long do the workouts generally take you?

I've been training too... at running... I have the upper body strength of a limp noodle.

And to Himelik: We've already been over this. Fang doesn't operate on normal 24 days.

When I started I worked out for 45 minutes a day. Nowadays, I'm averaging an hour and 15 minutes.

Being a personal trainer/physical therapist is something I want to do with my life, and I am already helping 5 of my friends transform themselves.

Judging by all the pictures I can remember seeing of people, the average Vortex Wars player (well forum member really) is a skinny white teenager that wears glasses and has a terrible haircut!!!

Just kidding, pretty much how I imagined most of you to look to be fair. For me imagine your typical English man on holiday, loud, drunk, sun burnt with a beer belly!! haha

My skin slightly darker... because I spend a lot of time in the sun. And I don't wear glasses... because I wear contacts. But hey, maybe be you'd be able to tell me apart.

I don't think it's too noticeable in any of my pictures, but I have a serious farmers tan. My arms are tanned well, but my belly and chest are white as ever.

That caught me by surprise! Your maturity and speech made me believe you to be in your mid-twenties. As for your unnecessary apology, as BeatlesFan said, what is there to forgive? Given and Rat may be the only two younger than me, but I think Fang is one of the next youngest after me so...
