I just played her so much I discovered through a mix of trial and error and figuring things out whats best. Deathfire is pretty much the earliest item to go for (I think that's fairly obvious anyway) But unusual items that can help are Guardian Angel and Thorn Mail (It's magic damage so uses your magic pen, plus does full damage rather than reduced dmg!) Also leveling up rapid fire before explosive shot does more 1vs1 damage over time, and makes harassment using explosive shot cheaper, great for early-mid game.

I stopped around when lulu came out but from trial and error she seemed like a flexible character that could be built in most ways! (except as a tank)

Have they buffed the snowball items yet by the way? Last time I checked they really sucked :L (Especially leviathian)

Leviathan got completely removed, and the other two have been completely untouched.
