That's all he has to enter in custom bbcode section of acp to make a youtube embed tag. Or he could turn on the flash tag for that. Either should work.

Main reason anybody doesn't have these is just security concerns.

That isn't even what I was talking about, but that would be bad.

It could be possible for someone to possibly hack the forums using it, and that would be bad.

how can someone hack forums through using videos?

That's complicated.

..Not to mention forum raids.
