Aaaand I think shooting her and stealing her stuff is the much better option. Always. 'Cause I mean, then you can take whatever you want.

Joshua, dead is not the answer for everything. Only 90% of it. :ugeek:

If I killed you my point would've stood. When it's done hypothetically, it's the answer to everything.

Hmmm, that's a good point.

The world is ending, a viral outbreak has killed off much of the world's population. Luckily you are immune. However, there are many other dangers you must avoid, starvation, exposure, hostile survivors, it won't be easy.

I'll clear this up, there are no zombies. There was a world-wide plague that wiped out 95% of the worlds population. The remaining inhabitants of Earth are 100% immune to that particular plague. Because of the scarce amount of people on Earth, much of the infastructure is falling apart. Electricity Grids are sketchy at best, and plumbing is a lost cause.

So, there's no energy available at all. (maybe some batteries looted from a shop)

The old little lady, Mimi, said she cooked dinner and she's feeding a dog but didn't offer the hero to share her meal. He can come in to talk... While she's eating !

The situation being the end of times I'm sure the hero would appreciate to be invited for dinner rather than to talk.

That being said, if the hero chooses to go inside maybe he can still set his mind to the first option later in the evening (using the shotgun  to teach her good manners from a civilized time).

Or from an old woman.
Xerxes:Let us reason. It would be a waste. It would be madness for you and your troops to perish because of a misunderstanding. There is much our cultures could share.
Leonidas:Haven't you noticed? We've been sharing our culture with you all morning.

I choose going inside. But I'd be careful, I don't trust that old lady. She's suspect.

Correct, the only energy available would be from batteries from shops and vehicles, generators, and from the grid when it turns on occasionally to broadcast a government warning message.

Intelligent folk could always set up a lawnmower engine to turn a transformer to charge car batteries to use to power crap, but then there's the problem of a fuel supply.
