See that's the problem you pursued him all the way back to his property and slammed him on his property when he was already off your property which makes you the aggressor.

Nope, i chased him around someone elses property while he ran in circles, then his brother gabbed him, and told me to "Have at it"

That doesn't change anything you still pursued him on your neighbors property which isn't your property so you are still the aggressor and you should have just left his brother to handle him not you because now you are in a heap of trouble.
