doesn't look like it so far. Number of players exploded, but not the sale numbers
Traffic went through the so I will have to pay for that... but who knows, maybe there are few billionaires that won't nothing only to give me their money

yes, I am trying to create account on adsense for over 3 months, no luck so far... but it would be probably pointless as there is minimum traffic on site

IMO Lopdo, you need to:
1. create an iPhone and Andriod app for the game and charge 1.99 - 4.99 USD for it. I would buy it for my android.
2. create a Facebook and Google + app for more traffic/usage/brand exposure.
3. Make shards harder to earn, hence a more incentive for users to actually purchase stuff.
I know this not a light undertaking.

I plan to make ipad app soon, phones are too small, facebook/g+ is planed for later

I don't think so. I played it on my Droid Charge the other day. Worked ok, except I could not chat.
