Q. How comes I can't see the shop?
A. You can see the shop once you become level 3.

Q. Hey, just wondering - what's coming into the game next?

Q. How is EXP calculated?
A. You get 1xp for each region you conquer, 2xp if you conquer it with smaller army (e.g. 5 vs 6 and you win). Empty regions don't count. Right now, you get xp for all places except last, next to last gets you 5xp, better one 10xp etc, first one gets 5xp bonus, so in 6 player game, 5th gets 5xp, 3rd one gets 15 xp and 1st one gets 30 xp.

Q. What is the shop?
A. The shop is a place where you use warcoins (premium money) to buy map packs, special races and more.

What if I find a bug?
A. To report bugs, go to http://www.vortexwars.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 and search for your error or start a new topic if you do not find it.

To play Vortex Wars, here are some sites you can play from. There are some more - just search Vortex Wars in google. However, these were the ones announced in the Announcements. The Newgrounds one was apparently "blammed".

P.S.- I think Lopdo should add FAQ on the home page as a link.

Just wanted to ask, how did you shorten the URL? It didn't work when I did it, I had to type in vortexwars.com/forum or something like that. I know there was a way to put a title to the link on Kongregate, but I don't know how, if it is possible to do it in this forum.

I just copied in the full URL and it shortened it automatically.

BTW, I believe Lopdo said earlier that you get even more experience for bigger games.

um... if I did I was mistaken you get same xp for every type of game.. at least you did... now you get more if there is more players

That's odd. Either way, bigger games give you more regions to conquer for xp.

That's nice. I don't think the xp from regions needs to be changed, but now when I do horribly I'll still get bonus xp (unless i do really horribly).
