Vortex Wars

Teams:
1.) There are three teams, "Red," "Pink," and "Green."
2.) Anybody can join a team, there is no limit to the amount of people on the team.
3.) Only two people can fight for a team in a battle at once, so if your team has 12 members, only two of them can be in battle.
4.) Each team has a Don. The Don is the first person to join the team. (The Don can be reassigned by me, if they are inactive later on.)
5.) The team that dominates all 62 counties wins the Mafia War.

6.) There is a 4th Team, the FBI. This team is limited to 3 players. The FBI Director is the first to join the team.

Dons:
1.) The Don may wage war against another county ONCE per day.
2.) The Don may trade members of their team with another Don - if both agree.
3.) The Don may rename their team, but the color assigned to it remains.
4.) The Don will schedule any wars they wage against another team.
5.) The Don may choose another member of their team to become the Don if they wish.

County Wars:
1.) The Don may only attack Counties adjacent to one of their own Counties.

2.) If a County is controlled by another team, 5 battles will be fought for the County. Each battle is a 2v2 between the opposing and defending team. The defending team chooses the map rules for all 5 games. Best out of 5 wins. If a 5th battle is required to gain the majority, it will be a 1v1 between the Dons.

3.) If a County is uncontrolled, 3 battles will be fought for the county. The Don will announce the County and schedule the battle. The opposing Don chooses the map rules for all games. 2 members from every team may battle. (2v2v2) The best out of three wins the county. In the event of a three way tie, a fourth match will be fought, in which only the Dons may battle. (1v1v1)

4.) After being announced, each County War has ONE week to be completed. Automatic victory to whichever side showed most effort to get the war completed. (Decision made by moderators, criteria being posting when available, attempts to schedule, screenshots, etc.)

5.) At the beginning of the Mafia Wars, each Don may choose one County as their HQ, no war is required for this county. The HQ is impervious to attack until the team that wishes to attack it has 10 Counties under their control.

F.B.I.
1.) The FBI are actively trying to stop the Dons from taking over New York. The FBI cannot wage a battle***, but they can defend any county that has been attacked, whether it is controlled or not. If the FBI successfully defend a county by winning a county war - the county becomes locked for one week. It cannot be attacked until the week is up.

2.) ***The FBI can attack a teams HQ once that team has 5 counties under it's control. If the FBI take over the HQ the team loses 1 county per day until they take it back. Remember, the Don can only attack a county once per day.

3.) If FBI agents are present, they may have 2 agents in any battle, unless it is a tie breaker battle, in which case - they may only have one agent present.

4.) The FBI HQ may not be attacked until the attacking team owns 10 counties. If the FBI lose their HQ all the counties on lockdown are released and can be attacked at any time. If all FBI counties are lost the FBI are eliminated from the Mafia Wars.
