Alas, I don't understand the point of this thread. Even if he kicks everyone who joins his games because they break one of his 9001 rules, then it's *his* problem. But gee, I can't say that I understand why a 'grown-up' like him even plays this game if it's so full of 'scum' and 'bullies' and 'bad mods'.
So yeah, if he kicks you then don't play with him, simple no?

If he kicks you, that's his prerogative. He's completely free to do so.
