my intention is not to offend, but I think these tournaments are never going to start, you have to gather all participants in a tournament only 32 people at most, or in 2 small tournaments of 8 and 16 people

The first request to sign up wasn't until a mere 10.25 months ago.

There are more than 23 people signed up I believe. Some just haven't been added in yet, which is something you could do as a mod, seeing as Fang's life is catching up to him.

Okay, I have added the 4 players that have posted since Fangfallen last posted that he updated the page.

We now have 27 of the 112 necessary to run all 3 brackets. New projected start date (for the last of the 3 to launch) is March 11, 2017.

I'm not in charge of this thread, but near the opening for the Medium it says: "Medium - 32 players, coin prize for 1st place, shard prize for 2nd. (To be decided upon soon.)"

In previous rounds of this tournament prizes were always delivered and are reliable.

Maybe you should send a PM to everyone signed up for the different tournaments, determine who's still active, and update the lists accordingly? Then, of course, fill up the empty slots so we can start. Just a suggestion, since I'm bored these days.
