Double Throwback

This is a tournament in which a pre-registered team of two people will fight against another team for the chance to advance to the next round and possibly all the way to the championship.

Rules:

Signing up

Spoiler: show

1A. When signing up, do not ask for a partner on this page. Decide on your partner before signing up.
2A. When you have a partner, post your partner's name and the name you want your team to be known as (e.g. Myself and Fangfallen will enter as the Dynamic Duo).
3A. Any complaints after a loss must be made immediately without any previous bias or anger. If you have to, post that you have a complaint then wait until you cool down mentally to issue your problem.

Gameplay

1B. There will be no trolling (meaning that you must place at least two spaces away from anyone else, unless it is your teammate), flaming, baiting, spamming, or anything else against the official rules of Vortex Wars 2.
2B. Each match-up must be a best of 3. All games must be played consecutively.
3B. You will have an unlimited amount of time to finish your match-up but if either one of the teams is on and continuously trying to complete their match-up without effort from their opponents, they will be ushered into the next round by default.
4B. All matches must have everything disabled. That means no boosts, no upgrades, and no race bonuses.
5B. Maps and game mode are for the opponents to decide.
