Yes, it does.
But to answer your question VortexKiller, it shows that they are online if their computer is turned on.

Posted: Wed Oct 10, 2012 8:58 amno it doesn't... it just has does not update so often like on kongregate, it says there online, you go to them, and there not there.
Also I tested your PC on thing with my old and new PC, it does not show I am online. then I logged in on the PC (yes now I am mutli accounting but it ain't for winning a game or anything ) and it didn't say I am online up for some amount of time, then i logged of and again a delay.
Also being on the main menu and not the lobby counts as online.

1) Multi-accounting for the purpose of testing something (especially something technical such as this) can hardly be considered as cheating, I believe.
2) The delay is probably caused by the game server itself and the time it takes to ping it.

Posted: Wed Oct 10, 2012 4:07 pmI have a friend who used to play this, but doesn't anymore. I have him in my friends list and whenever his computer is turned on it shows him as online. He's my roommate, so I know that he has it on.
