Okay so sometimes me and my friend like to get together in 1 house and play vortex wars together but sometimes we get blamed for playing multiple accounts just because we have the same IP address because we are using the same wireless connection. How is this a fair deal?

the least you could do is announce your alliance. Obviously, in being accused of this multiple times, you are playing as allies. This is more than just playing on the same IP. You are allied up, and no one knows it. It would be different if you were both playing on the same IP, but actually fighting each-other. But then again, if you were doing that, you would not be facing these accusations. So, in that light, it's totally unfair. Bad enough that you ally, but worse that you do not tell anyone ahead of game start. Of course this is unfair. It might as well be a multi-account.
